The Arizona Republic reports that some people are desperate to get their water supply back.
Water tanker supplier Arianas has shut down some of its water storage tanks, while Arizona State University has suspended the operation of its aquifer water pumps, The Arizona Daily Star reports.
And the U.S. Geological Survey said it has confirmed that water from the aquifer is being diverted to the city of Phoenix.
People are desperate for water as the drought continues to ravage the state and many are starting to wonder if the drought will last.
